Physical capacity of 3.60m x 1.45m x 1.20m on our CNC machining centre is complemented by other conventional and CNC machines.

Chrome Copper Casting
Description: Surface area of 1.5m x 0.6m machined flat and parallel within 25 microns.

1) Drilling and assembly fixture for communication satellite body, 2.45m high x 750mm diameter approx., for aerospace industry.
2) Trim tooling for plastic packaging production.
3) Machine sub-tables, 3.2m x 1.1m x 50mm thick, machined complete including tee-slots and location tenon slots, dispatched direct to USA after inspection by our customer, to be used in the manufacture of high volume production and assembly machines.
4) A total of 42,957 holes of less than 3mm diameter machined in each of 3 plates for prototype research work.
5) Machining and boring of gear boxes for racing cars.
6) Components used in the manufacture of diamond turning machines.
7) Machining and jig boring of mould bolster blocks
